window roll up module on 03 navigator

I was wondering if there is something special I have to do to get the driver window to work properly on a 2003 Lincoln Navigator. All the other windows work right, but the I think the one touch on the drivers door window is interfering with the roll-up module. I'm not sure, I may have just caught the wrong wire.
