Is the CDL unit part of the BCU? Is it on CANBus? Where on earth is it?
Need to fit a sigma tommorow.

Neither you, me Cobra or the dealers seem to know;  it's either in fuse box or under hood! This is what I did on the last one:- Pick up EVERY pair of motor wires, ie 2 in front, one at headlining and one in nearside loom under vehicle (honestly), and shove a small relay into every location!!! What a mustard. Don't even give ask me for colour codes, it's French style (Italian company probably made in Spain) wiring i.e. all pastel colours and changing every month. Give me a Sprinter any day. If you get a result, please tell. You might be right about the CAN, mine was an 03, no CAN

07 onwards run on a half CAN system. Ignition, lighting and radio are on CAN. Security are NON-CANBus Got some info here.
Will confirm colours later on.

        CDL WIRE "8906" IN THE VERY CENTRE OF THE DASHBOARD - PLEASE CONFIGURE THE CDL WIRING FOR "DIRECT MOTOR CDL" - AWAITING ON WIRING COLOUR * SEE NOTES
Unlock Wire:
        CDL WIRE "8901" IN THE VERY CENTRE OF THE DASHBOARD - PLEASE CONFIGURE THE CDL WIRING FOR "DIRECT MOTOR CDL" - AWAITING ON WIRE COLOUR * SEE NOTES
CDL Notes:
        * ALSO PLEASE INSULATE THE RELAY SIDE OF THE CUT ON BOTH OF THESE WIRES. ** AN ADDITIONAL CDL WIRE "8902" IN THE VERY CENTRE OF THE DASHBOARD - AWAITING ON WIRE COLOUR & POLARITY.
