Hello all, and thanks for this great forum!!!
I would like to hook up a window rollup module to my 2002 Jeep Liberty's factory sunroof. (I always seem to forget to close it!) I notice in all the wiring charts for my vehicle, the sunroof is "Not Recommended".
Does anyone know why? And if it is possible, what and where are the wires I would connect to?
TIA
Rob Perry

it says that most of the time because there is a limt switch or some goffy thing in the wiring. If you want to hook a 529t or what ever one you want to it get a body wiring diagram from ethier the dealer or alldata.com and look up sunroof and trace the wiring for it.

This is not reccomended if it is a tilt and slide roof. no way for the module to know if it is tilted or open all the way

WHITE ( OPEN ) & LIGHT BLUE ( CLOSE ) found at the switch.

Please verify these colors to the direction listed. You will need to test the wire for polarity.
