You are showing us the ignition lead plug .  The starter will have either a black primary, hence BLACK/ blue , what's your question. Though I think I already gave you the answer. The second answer is cut the light green, it kills ignition and start. You've also labelled 2 other wires as  GREEN/ red  and blue/red, in fact they are RED / green and RED / blue, they're the 12v+ feeds to the ignition switch. Please get your colours right if you want to do this.

sorry the question is which of them wires is the ignition wirethat once i put the switch in the off possition the car wont start when i try to start the car using the key

As I said the light green pin 9 will kill ignition and starter, cutting the black /blue pin 8 will kill just the starter.  Two points, you will need to be very good at hiding this, someone like me would find this circuitary in about 4 mins, 2.5 mins to drop the r/hand pocket and access the leads, 1.5 mins to loop them together again.  2nd. point, you will need a switch capable of handling 30amps for this. Anything less and with the ign. (light green) cut the switch will burn out leaving you stranded.  Here's what you do....go to Maplin electronics and buy a small momentary action push switch for about a quid and buy an "automotive " relay for about £4.  Wire as follows, mounting the switch in that r/hand compartment. Push switch; one side to ground (bolt or a plain brown cable, look in the lighting loom from the lights switch or the radio or cig lighter feeds.) other side to 85 or relay, join from light green to 86 and 30 of relay.  Cut starter lead, BLACK/ blue, tape ign switch side, join other side to relay 87, after you turn on ignition, car will only start by pushing that switch. I would also guarantee very few people would find it. (It doesn't have to be in the pocket, that was an example). It's also far far safer than cutting the ignition.  Don't forget to test the leads I've mentioned that they do test as  light green ignition and blue/black starter.
