Best Buy actually has (some) talented installers, but they have no room to grow. They can not do custom boxes/fiberglass and there really is no advertisement of their car department. The sales staff is a joke most of the time and IMO makes the installers look bad.
Otherwise, a shop can do the work for you, but usually to get a good shop/installer you have to pay more.
As for the bypass, I personally have to use the PKALL which sucks. Mostly because it takes me more time to figure out which harness and wires to use/programming then it actually takes me to install it. lol
