i am look at getting either a compustart 2w8000fm-asb or an autostat as-2461twfm for a 2001 Pontiac Aztek. with one would be better i am going to install it myself and just looking for remote start no alarm. What theft lock bypass would work the best. I can get xpresskit or fortin ones- I have read that some bypasses hook up to the data line and save lots of time for install.

It has PK3

Thanks Mike

Mike, not sure what the ASB is after the 2W8000FM but this sounds like an ALARM/STARTER. Regardless, if it's BLADE compatible use the BLADE-AL and this will control the PK3 aswell as the door locks and OEM alarm system. The system is relatively easy to install and easy to program too. We use this system alot and has been foolproof.
