i am in the process of installing an astro start in my s10, i believe i have everything wired correctly using diagrams from this site. however, when i signal the module to start, the truck turns on (lights on, fuel pump pulses), and cranks over, but never starts. im not sure if i missed an important wire, or have one wrong or what is going on, any help is greatly appreciated!

What do you mean you believe you have everything connected properly? Did you use a meter to verify your wires? Have you tried putting the key into the ignition barrel and remote starting? Have you tried turning the key to the on position and remote starting?  Did you do any background checks to verify if you vehicle has an immoblizer?

i did check the wires, made sure which ones had power with key on, in start mode, and at all times, also checked them coming out of the module and they power up properly. i tried putting the key in the on position and the starter would not activate, with key in ignition it turned over but still would not fire. i am not sure if it has an immobilizer, not sure how to check for that, just has the regular all metal key but i know that it could still have an anti-theft system. doesnt have any lights in instrument cluster that say theft or anything like that
