Hi I have a Kia spectra ls, 1999. I live in Europe. I have ordered a good quality car starter kit. Do I need an immobilser?

You will probably need an immobiliser by-pass since if it's a Euro-spec it will have a factory transponder immobiliser.  A "good-quality" RS will have a starter kill AKA "anti-grind" built in.  What make of RS?
