I am stumped with an issue I am having. We have a 2005 Acura RL and cannot make the windows roll down with the key in door and turned to the unlock position. I find it hard to believe that a 2005 Accord can do it but an RL can't? Is there a feature to turn this back on. Customer stated that it was working and it never did work since before we touched the car. Anyone know if there is special progamming to make it turn back on?, maybe it was turned off by accident.

From memory I don't believe the '05 RL has this feature.  A quick check of the owners manual should confirm.

Eric, common feature on most Euro cars with total (comfort close)to re-initialise the one shot window operation, turn on ign., switch down and hold for up to 30 secs., switch up and again hold for 30 secs., this should restore it if it was there originally. From experience most owners haven't a clue about this facility.
