According to Audiovox, a 470 ohm resistor is required for door lock.  Did you use one?

What wire of the vehicle did you use for unlock?   Did you use a relay?

I think you will need to use relays.   Connect them as follows.  12Volts constant to terminal 86 of both relays.  Alarm's lock wire to 85 of the lock relay.  The alarm's unlock wire to 85 of the unlock relay.  Connect terminal 30 of both relays to the ORANGE / Black wire.  Ground terminal 87 of the unlock relay.  Connect the 470 ohm resistor to terminal 87 or the lock relay.  Ground the other end of the resistor.
