Hi, i have a 1990 Mazda Miata viper 791xv alarm that i am planning to install along with keyless entry, trunk release, and remote start.
I have knowledge of electrical work but i had never installed an alarm of any sort to a car. I can do all sort of audio video install so i would like to attempt this install. can anyone help me with the wiring?

It's a heck of a job for someone who's never done this before.
Is this the model where you already have central locking that works when you key the driver's door or is your model the one with the pop-up headlights?
If the second then don't even attempt to install central locking, corrosion and sheer lack of space in the door will fail it.
As for the alarm and R/S that's dead easy, just start installing, test everything and please ask if there's something you're not sure about.
You will have to install a hood switch AND a trunk switch.
Make sure you add a 508d for extra protection when the roof is down.
