im installing a viper 5901 in my lil bro's 2002 Nissan Frontier 4dr. and everything was going coo as far as searching and finding wires and all and realized his truck has the factory keyless or alarm watever it is so all in all would i need to hook up the oem alarm arm/disarm outputs from the h2, 18pin harness...and for the main harness (H1) on the wire colors for the door trigger input its says that its RED / black on for h1/8 pin but then as for the h1/9 pin (-) 200ma dome light supervision output its saying the same color as well do i tie the two together?

I am not sure what you are asking, so here is what I think you are looking for.
If you are grabbing the RED / black at the A pillar, it is the wire that supplies the light with ground to turn on. You would need to use a relay for dome light supervision, the BLACK/ white only provides 200ma of output.
Pin 87 ground
Pin 30 RED / black in truck
Pin 86 constant fused +12V
Pin 85 H1/9 BLACK/ white
The green H1/8 would also get tied to the RED / black. This is what tells the alarm the door is open. If the truck is equipped with dome delay (most are) you would need to turn off the door trigger error chirp (2-4) as well.

ok so use like a 610t relay for that ok well what i was asking was i see on the h2 harness theres an oem alarm disarm output and oem alarm arm output and i was wondering if those hook up to the oem keyless/alarm thats currently in the frontier and i would need to connect any other of the wires in the h2 harness and i think i got the h/3 harness figured out..

Yes you would want to tie in the OEM arm and disarm (GREEN/ black and GREEN / WHITE) to control the factory alarm with your new system. The other wires in the H2 would be for trunk release/accessory activation/etc so they are not mandatory connections. And...the horn honk output as well if you want (not really needed if you are using the included siren).

Yellow/Red is Arm
Yellow is Disarm
Both are at the smart entrance module to the left of the steering column.
