compustar cm3000 v.3 led issues

I have a Compustar CM3000 v.3 2w900fmr alarm and starter installed on a 1991 Honda accord, Automatic. Power locks. Need some insight on the following issues, plz n thanks
Issue 1: The theft deterrent led does not turn off even after disarm. Keeps blinking (like more code style) somtimes it will blink fast sometimes slow (i dont see a patern). like _ ___ __ _____ __ _ _______
Issue 2: RPS led does not light up but it does page the 2way remote>

tried a different brain it did the same, but i was able to trace it down to a sensor wire(s), The shock sensor wire was back wards, once that was changed, everything was kosher, The led worked as it was meant and even the RPS led came back as well. all in all everything is working well.
