Hey Everyone,
I installed the Viper 3203V two-way alarm system. The light on the antenna keeps blinking 3 times constantly even when the car is on. What could be reasons for this? At first, I thought it was valet mode but it wasn't. I can't figure out how to get it to stop.
I hooked up everything except for the starter kill harness. Could that be the reason? I didn't know how to hook up the starter kill harness so I decided to wait until I could figure it out. I have a Toyota Camry 1998 LE.
Any ideas? Thank you!

Seems like this might be because my ignition/starter kill wire isn't plugged in so it can't detect when my car is turned on.
Can someone guide me on how to connect the starter kill harness? Thanks!

For the unit to sense ignition you simply have to connect the yellow wire to true ignition source, i believe this yellow wire is on the smaller plugs on the unit, can't exactly remember, it's been a while since i've used that unit, i also think if my memory serves me correctly, that it has on board wiring for starter kill, cut starter wire in half, green goes key side, and green and white goes engine side.

More likely the alarm has been triggered at some point, your LED won't go out until the 3303 ignition sense wire has been connected, then the alarm's memory will dump that info and clear the LED. Ignition connection is MANDATORY on all alarms yet alone R/.S units, other wise the damn thing could fire up whilst you were driving.

The ignition and starter are separate items. Yellow from the Viper to BLACK / YELLOW ignition wire, cut red starter lead at ignition wire and GREEN / WHITE to key side, GREEN/ black to starter side, DON'T use the green for safety reasons.
Your LED is flashing 3 times because the ignition (Viper yellow) wasn't connected, and you've obviously tested the alarm by triggering it. It takes an ignition pulse to clear it.
