vsm50bt with 5904 and vsm250

Has anyone sucessfully integrated the VSM50BT?

I had a dealer install the 5904 and VSM250 (GPS Unit) together in a 2012 Mini Cooper.  Everything works great except Remote Start, as there is no interface for the Cooper.

Yesterday they also added the VSM50BT (Bluetooth).  The Phone pairs with the module, and through the smart start app (version 3.0) it successfully links.  When you enter commands on the iPhone the bluetooth icon appears (indicating it's connected)  it sends the commands, it receives confirmation tha the command was received but nothing happens.  The bluetooth module lights respond, so it seems to be communicating with the phone ok, but no matter what - lock, unlock, trunk - the phone and bluetooth module seem to be working fine, but nothing happens on the car.

If I disable bluetooth then the app works over the cell and everything works fine.  The 5904 remotes work fine also.

Anyone??
