Is there a positive parking light wire available under the hood on a 04 Jeep Cherokee. I know the Dodge pickups have a yellow wire right on the fire wall. And it seems I have read somewhere there is one available on the Jeep.. Thanks for all your help...

I would imagine there would be positive power going to both front lamps; you could go right to the light housing or try to visually trace the wiring harness from either lamp and see if you can catch it somewhere easier.
Are you trying to take power from here to add an accessory, such as more lights, or are you trying to power up the lights from another source.
There are many Chryslers that will be damaged if power is applied to the parking light wire; I'm not sure if the Grand Cherokee is one of them. I wouldn't risk powering up the positive parking light wire.
