Do you need to hook up primary ignition to alarm? I have 95 honda accord. I am using cs-2006 crimestopper. Alarm with remotestart. When I my car is started I can still arm my car. That shouldnt be possible right? Right now I am just using the alarm because I dont know how to install the remotestart. I might have to get the remote start installed by a professional. thanks....

when I tried to hook up the remote start my heater and air stayed on all the time without the key in the ign. So I know for sure something was wrong with that. So thats why I'm not messing with the remote start.

Is this the 2-way fm paging alarm/remote start combo? If it is, then yes...you can arm the car while it's remotely running. The shock sensor is disabled while the car is running, but things like opening your door will still set off the alarm until you disarm it.
As for the heater and air.....if you remotely start the vehicle, you should be able to turn on the heater and the air conditioning. This is one of the features of the remote starter....to be able to warm or cool off your car before you get into it. Is this what you're talking about?....or do you have a different problem?

well... If you go to here link
http://www.crimestopper.com/techweb/InstructionBooks/Alarm/CS2006FM%20REVB%20ins-ops.pdf
thats the install guide of my alarm. Skip down to the last page and you will see the diagram. Over on the remotestart side where it says red 12volt and 30amp fuse when I hook that up my heater and air is on with no key in the car. It stays on all the time. I dont know why that would happen. I am going to get remote start professionaly done. Just trying to us basic alarm.
I also have the primary ignition connected because I think you need that when you key is in the ignition and so it doesnt automaticaly rearm when I am driving right? I dont have my starter disable hooked up heard there are to many problems with relay going bad.
Can anybody please help me!! Thanks
