Hi
I've got a clifford Intellivoice IQ alarm, which no longer responds to the remotes, and will not disarm.
I've tried pulling the fuses, and disconecting the plugs from the brain, but as soon as I connect them the system rearms, then triggers if I go near it. I've had the alarm about 4 months
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hmmm....did you install it yourself? When I installed mine, it worked for a while, and then one of the two relays for the door locks broke. So...it would only lock and never unlock. I finally swapped out the relay, and then it worked.
If your's isn't responding at all, have you checked the battery in the remote?

Yeah I did install it myself, but have had no problems up until it refusing to disarm.
Both remotes seem ok, as when pressed the led on the key fob is pretty bright on both

Hmmm, not really sure what to suggest here. The reason I asked if you did it yourself is because then you would know where the relays are for the door locks. Maybe you can swap the lock and unlock relay, and then see if it will only disarm....and not arm anymore. If that's the case, then maybe one of your relays is bad. Again, this probably isn't the case, I'm just going by what happened to me.
Another suggestion would be to reprogram your remote. If you have the manual, it will tell you how to reset the remote, and then start over. On mine, I think if you set any button to 10 it will reset everything.
Just some ideas.
