My avital 4103 and gmdlbp appear to causing my the battery rundown protection in my 2003 suburban to turn off power to the radio. Does anyone know where the circuit gets shut down at? In the BCM or at the Radio itself? I am using a PAC RP4-GM11 to control my head unit.

The battery run down protection system only shuts off power to the interior lights and not the radio. The system is monitored and controlled by the BCM.
