What is it you need to do?
Also, if you can, give the first few digits of the serial number....this is usually also the model number on Audivox stuff.

I was wanting to turn off the arming/disarming chirps, so only the lights flash when it arms.

Use this link. This should be your alarm and you can download the manual from there.

Turning off the chirps is actually pretty easy.
1. Turn ignition ON.
2. Turn ignition OFF.
3. Flip the valet switch up and down THREE times. You should hear two chirps, to verify that you've turned the chirps off.
To turn the chirps back on, simply repeat the procedure.

Thank you for that.  It does not seem to have very good distance on the remote.  I have already replaced the battery.  Is there an antenna wire i can move for better reception?

The antenna wire should be a black wire, about a foot long, coming out of the brain all by itself........it stands alone apart from the other wires, and it just sticks out of there; it's not on a plug.
You can make sure the wire is straight, that it's as high up as possible, and that it's not shorted to ground or sitting too close to other wires. Some installers like to take a stiff zip tie and tape it to the wire....so it's like a splint....so the wire stays straight.
Audiovox also makes a "range extender" antenna. It's similar to what you have, but it has a long shielded cable attached to it. The idea is that you mount the antenna on or near your window glass for better range. You could also probably make one if you have some shielded wire like an old RCA cord. I have a couple of those Audiovox antennas around, new in the package, $5 shipped if you want one.
