Over the years questions have been asked and from what I can gather answered. However the holy grail for the CS310i is the full programming manual. (I am still not sure there is such a thing)
At anyrate, I wish to post all the info I have gathered for this little bundle of joy in the hopes it may help a user in the future.
But first a question: My CS310i has a weird problem. Every once in awhile, the starter? will not rev the engine up high enough for the TACH line to sense that the engine has started, therefore after 4? seconds it will shut off the starter and kill the engine. IF I get in and "blip" the throttle, it will sense the engine and keep it running. The car is a 2000 Toyota Solara SLE 6 cylinder. The TACH is attached to the coil pack on cylinder 5. I have tested this wire and it is attached very well (soldered).   Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
And now my CS310i notes:
CS310i Command Start ( 23A battery ) Code: OARTXAM2000
1) Hold down hood switch for 4 sec/Release/Parking lights go on, while on Press/Release (again) = Lights on for 20 sec
2) Turn Key On/Off
3) Press and hold LOCK for 5 seconds, Parking lights will flash 5 times quick
4) Your done (Key On/Off to exit or just wait)
Setting run time.
You will need an LED hooked up to program run time.
1. Place key in ignition and turn on (Not start)
2. Press Start button on the transmitter (LED will turn on)
3. When the LED turns off Press the Lock Button. (LED will turn On)
4. When the LED turns off Press Lock and Start Together (LED will turn on)
When LED turns off Press and hold Lock Button until you see one flash and a pause then one flash again. Relese Buttons on transmitter.
5. The LED should flash 2 times pause and 2 times again
This means it is set for -23C and 15 minute runtime.
Cancel Start: Button 1, then Button 2
The CS270, CS290 and CS310 are (Supposedly) the same.

I am having this problem , the locks work fine , it starts but will run for 10 seconds and then shut off . The hood pin was shot so I un hooked it , lost all programming. Reset with hood pin wire but why only run for 10 seconds? I have no manual so any help would be greatly appreciated !
