Hello Everyone!
I shaved the door handles on a 2015 mini cooper and am wanting to control the actuators with the stock remote. The issues is that the mini uses a reverse switch, the door lock motor rest at 12volts, then when actuated it switched to a momentary ground. I am at a complete loss as to how to switch this type of single to a trigger that will ultimately power the actuator with 12 volt +.
I would greatly appreciate any insight.
Thank you!

Momentary ground wire to terminal 85 of a relay. Apply Constant 12 volts to terminal 30 of the relay. This wire needs to be of adequate size to handle the current needed by the solenoid, and of course fuse it properly at the battery. Jump a small wire from the above connection over to terminal 86. 87 goes to your solenoid.
