I know I'm committing Forum Sin, but I'm new here and.... (I did do some searching first before posting ;-)
I have been struggling with the wiring for the new seats... I have acquired seats from a 2014-2018 Tahoe/Suburban and I was able to figure out the front seats and jump seat/console and am very happy with it. I have installed the rear seats and trying to power them up. I have confirmed the two wires needed to power the Fold Up/Down motor and am now trying to wire in the switch.
Some notes:
I have bypassed the safety lock mech in the seats and it is no longer an issue - so no wiring for that
The new switch is from a 2021 Cadillac XT6 (rear seats)
I have 12V+ Constant for power supply (want them to work at all times regardless of key position)
Power is from a fuse tap in the fuse panel on the side of the dash so it is fused
The seats are grounded by way of floor mounts
Same 12V motor works the seat up and down - polarity is reversed
Rear seats are the Third Row from a Suburban
I used complete seat mount sets from OBS Outpost - Dan has been a lot of help and I am stoked on them!
I need to know exactly how to wire the switch. The switch PCB shows the T3 Left Up, T4 Left Down, T5 Right Up, T6 Right Down with T1/T2 being the other side of all of those... Now What???? Is a relay needed? If so, how is that wired in?
If you need more info, please ask. I will respond asap.
Thank you for your time and any insight you can provide.

On the above diagram to actuators = the 2 wires on the motor. Alarm lock and unlock output = the 2 outputs of your switch.
Apply ground to T1 and T2
You will have to build 2 of these. 1 per seat.

Did you ever get this figured out? I recently bought a 3rd row power seat for my 2016 Tahoe and found that there isn't a harness back there for it. I can't find anyone that's willing to take a look at it not even the dealership. I'm willing to try to figure it out but where would I start?

Try looking up your vehicle and finding the factory diagram (works best in Chrome browser):

Thank you very much for the reply and the diagram. This would have worked if I saw it in time... I was told from a different source that I would need relays to make it work since I no longer had the seat modules. So I youtubed reversing polarity with 5-pin relays and came up with a couple good videos that showed your diagram in working order. From there it was fairly simple... Power into T1/T2 and then T3,4,5,6 out to each individual relay. Relays grounded and power out to each direction of each motor. Works flawlessly!
Thank you for taking the time to reply and offering genuinely useful information.
