Inconsistent Warn-Away, Full Trigger Feedback, 7957V Remote DS4

I am writing to provide additional technical clarification regarding inconsistent two-way alert feedback on a Viper system using a DS4 Plus and a 7957V remote. Range confirmation: I recently installed a 6867T control center antenna. After installation, I tested command range and observed an extremely significant improvement compared to the previous 6866T antenna. Lock, unlock, and remote start commands consistently receive confirmation feedback at very long distances with the new control center antenna 6867T. I did not have sufficient space to test the maximum possible range, which confirms that this is not a range-related issue. Alert behavior: Despite excellent range performance, warn-away and full trigger alerts from the shock sensor are received inconsistently, this with control center antenna 6866T and 6867T. Sometimes alerts are received immediately (including during the night), and other times no alert is received, even though the alarm was triggered. Control center antenna 6866T was replaced to 6867T because we thought it was the antenna but its not. Battery life comparison: I used the 7756V remote for approximately five years without ever experiencing battery life issues. During that time, warn-away and full trigger alerts were consistently received, including overnight. This with the old control center antenna 6866T. No issue at all This suggests that reliable passive alerts and acceptable battery life previously coexisted without compromise. Product comparison and concern: The only changes to the system were upgrading to the 7957V remote and installing the 6867T antenna. Because my 7756v, suddenly stopped workimg after the release of the new 7957v, antenna also was change for better performance. The vehicle, DS4 Plus module, sensors, wiring, and environment remain unchanged. While the 7957V provides improved command range, with the 6867T, passive alert reliability appears reduced compared to the 7756V. The 7756V became unavailable after the release of the 7957V, which makes this change in behavior particularly concerning for users who prioritize security alerts over cosmetic features. I want to clarify that my DS4 Plus has been reflashed to the latest firmware and the installer has checked the entire system. At this point, my only option is to ask Viper directly. Receiving feedback from the shock sensor on the remote (as it did consistently with the 7756V) is extremely important to me. In fact, this is one of the main reasons I chose a Viper alarm. I park my car on the street, and I rely on the warn-away and full trigger alerts to wake me up in the middle of the night. Trust me when I say this is a top priority for Viper alarm owners. If I only wanted a remote to lock and unlock my vehicle, I could use the OEM key fob. The inconsistent feedback I am experiencing is a major security concern. What if someone attempts to enter my vehicle and I do not receive any alert? What is the purpose of having an alarm if I cannot rely on receiving notifications? I have reviewed all settings and everything is configured correctly. As I mentioned, I sometimes receive feedback from the shock sensor, but not consistently like before. I need the alerts to work reliably every time, as they should. My concern is not appearance or display features, but the core security function of a two-way remote: reliable delivery of warn-away and full trigger alerts, especially during sleep. I would appreciate clarification on the following: Were changes made to RF listening behavior or alert delivery timing on the 7957V compared to the 7756V? Is inconsistent delivery of passive alerts considered expected behavior on the 7957V Are firmware updates or configuration options available to improve passive alert reliability? Is there a current Viper remote officially recommended for users who require consistent overnight alert delivery?
