My factory alarm will go off if the remote start cuts on. My DEI Hornet 554T has a diarm output so this wont happen. Well my 2000 Dodge Durango has a Negative 1 wire lock/unluck door lock system. So in theory im thinking if it disarmed the alarm so it can start wouldnt my doors unlock.

Also If I have to use a relay and resistor on the - lock output and the - unlock out put. do I have to use a resistor on the factory diarm out put?

Must use relays and set up for (-) negative trigger. Place a 647 ohm resistor to the lt. GREEN/ orange for arm/lock, and a 1562 ohm resistor on the same wire for disarm/unlock. Unlock requires a double pulse.

Use this diagram for the relay configuration
