i'm looking to install a dei 551t in my 2001 yukon , what wire do I use on the factory alarm/door locks to activate the dei unit.?  it is looking for a negative pulse.

You will half to use a relay off the lt blue wire in the brown plug at the BCM and convert it to a neagtive .  Set your 551 up so it will require a double pulse to start on the blue /white line
