I'm looking for the tach wire on a 97 Nissan Pathfinder.  The diagram I have says it's a white wire at the ECC module.  It also says the ECC is behind the glove box.  I didn't find it at the glove box but traced the main engine wiring to a silver box just left (drivers side) of the center console behind the dash, I think this is it.  It has a ton of wires attached via one connector and may of them are white?  So before I start experimenting does anyone know for sure?    ')">Nissan Pathfinder 97' tach wire -- posted image. src="https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/smileys/smiley5.gif">

I have no clue :-) But once before I had a similar problem, so I called Bulldog Security tech support (800-878-8007), and they were able to tell me which harness that was going into the ECM had the tach wire. I think he even knew not only the color, but which position in that harness, too. You might want to give that a try if someone on this board can't answer. Good luck.
