Passive Fuel Kill w/ Remote Start

I am doing a Viper 791XV install on a Subaru WRX. The car will be setup with remote start. The car does not have an immobilizer from the factory. As such, there is a need to install a passive fuel pump or ignition kill (since the car is a manual transmission vehicle - the standard starter kill for the Viper will not be particularly beneficial since the car can be push started). I am leaning towards the fuel pump kill since the circuit is simple compared with the ignition circuit.

Can someone please provide me with assistance in designing this circuit. The fuel pump circuit should always be open when the alarm is armed. If the brain is disconnected/bypassed, the fuel pump circuit should remain open. If the car is remote started, the fuel pump circuit needs to close, although the alarm needs to remain armed. If the alarm is disarmed, it should be possible to either remote start, or start with the ignition key.

The only way I can think of doing this is by powering two relays whenever the alarm is armed to keep these relays open (using the orange wire to ground off the brain when armed). Unfortunately, I am not sure how good of an idea it is to power the relays permanently whenever the alarm is armed - ie. Risk of part failure, and risk of battery drain.

Also - I am not sure if this is or is not a factor - but I do not want to lose the anti-grind functionality on remote start, and I also intend to a prevent remote start if the transmission switch does not show neutral and e-brake is not engaged.

I am thinking there MUST be a much better solution for handling this. Perhaps a latched relay setup? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
