I was wondering if anyone had some info on the starter wire for a honda accord 2001.  I have two wire diagrams that say " Must interupt the wire between the keyswitch and the fuse box, not between the fusebox and the starter, to keep the check engine light from coming on",      the other diagram says  " Cut after fuse panel, not at ignition switch".    I am confuse on which one to follow, and also are they talking about tapping into the wire for remote start, or are they talking about cutting it when adding starter kill?  If anyone can help  me i would deeply appreciate it.     Thanks, Mike

Starter BLACK/ WHITE IGNITION SWITCH AHRNESS *
* Installing A Starter Kill Relay At The Ignition Switch Harness Before The Starter Wire Enters The Driver Side Fuse Block May Cause A "Check Engine" Light To Come On. Starter Wire Should Be Accessed After Fuse Block
i havent put a RS on one of these before.......the above info is what i have......i would put the relay in the above location.....if you need to tap the starter wire for RS i would just do it at the same location....you are already going to be there for the other setup....
Good Luck
