would it hurt to add another siren to my alarm with out adding a relay, i have an extra DEI 514T sitting in my room from my old car

use a relay...if you dont, you stand a good chance at frying your alarm brain cause it doenst supply enough current to run two sirens.

Any DEI system will handle two sirens fine. They can usually handle up to three without a relay.

yeah do wat jworm saids its what i would have to agree on. we tried doing it to a motor bike  and boy did it fry.

so find out more info on the siren you  have and plan on putting

I ran two regular sirens and two piezo sirens off a clifford rs2 for like a year with no problems,    but a relay is not that hard to hook up so might as well

i have a bunch of extra 40/30 relays layin around, do you know where i could find the diagram to hook one up for this purpose.

use a realy, the brain only puts so much current out, and you really are not gainning a lot of volume, use a relay.

pin 86 to ground
pin 85 to siren output wire
pin 30 to siren(s)
