before you tell the guy to move the antenna , to move the wire , check the ground , change antenna , change antenna wire , buy new remote buy new antenna and other expensive stuff .. I would suggest you to BE POLITE !!
What do I mean ?? Be polite with the man , ask how are the kids , the familly and ask the guy HOW IS THE WEATHER ????
If the weather is bad and stormy tell him to go to sleep and test the system next day when the storm is gone
