hey all, i just put a MONDO system in an old school nova ( http://206customized.com/web/thework/bigRED / ) and now it's time to protect it.  i spent a few hours perfecting the automatic doorlocks (on older older cars, that is absolute crap!) and now i'm gettin ready to hook up the alarm.  i don't feel like finding all the proper wires myself with the handy test-light, but i will if necessary... which brings me to my point:

does anybody have any electrical info for a 64 nova?  finding the door trigger and ignition and whatnot is pretty straight forward, but a cheatsheet is always nice!

thanks!

Id just pull the door trigger out from the door and look at the wire colors and test it, you may have to run a wire from the pass side unless the one on the driver side will work for both, as for the ignition its probably a thick red or pink wire under the dash, just check for 12v when the key is switched to the on position, only other suggestion i could make is get a chilton manual for your car from an autoparts store because those usually have wiring diagrams in them.

yeah, i know how to probe for the wires and their polarity, i just wanted somebody to already know (-;  and i'm not trying to purchase a shop manual just for this.  is it possible to remote start a non-fuel injected car?
