Got a 96 deville that has a power gas lid opener on the factory keyfob. I know to actually get this to work i'd have to use the channel 4 output and a relay. My question is, does anyone know what color the wire is?

Hey godsegoizhuge,
A few options.
1) At switch, Yellow wire neg trigger.
2) At BCM in rear of trunk, White wire neg trigger, Connector 2, Position D5. This requires that BCM sees the accessory powered up.
3) Pink wire between release solenoid and release relay. High current positive. Do it reversal style to prevent feedback towards release relay.
Have fun!

So you want to use a channel off of your alarm to open your gas door?
