Hey;
I;ve just bought a Giordon 686 alarm (non remote start) and i was just looking throug the instruction manual (which is poorly written). Ive just noticed that there isnt an instructions on how to manually override the system in case of lost of controls etc. i'm sure there is an emergency override system (because it disables the starter), but the book does not even mention it, or give me instructions on how to disable it... i want to make sure that i can override it at anytime before i install it!
Any hwlp will be appreciated,,,
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,
Please see instruction manual(poorly written) page 1 downside green letter(Attention(3)) or page 7 downside.
You can find override function.

Thanks YWDB.  I'll have a look at the references you gave me.  I read everyword in the instruction manual, but i didnt seem to find it... maybe i got a different manual?? well i'll have a look tonight and i'll get back to you.. i m at work at the moment, and all i can remember is that there were 12 pages, first 2 pages were "Functions of alarm" next 2 was installation, and next 4 were about central looking, and the last few were about trouble shooting or "Questions (in their words).. i'll have a look tonight, if i cant find it, i'll message you...

Thanks

Tim
