If its the same system i am thinking of i was told buy a local company how they disable these systems after the owner has broken there master key and does not have a spare key with the chip, is they take off the cover that covers the ignition. There should be a ring of plastic with a wire coming from it around the ignition lock. What they do is take say the broken master key and cable tie it to the ring so a standard key starts the car.
