I bought a 93 Grand Cherokee and I got told to disarm the alarm is to turn the key first right then left. For unknown reason the alarm went off and I couldn't disarm it. I reclosed the doors and tried it a couple of times. Finally the horn stops but a security light is flashing and when I start the engine it stops shortly after (fuel cut?).

What can I do to use my car again?

Look under the dash for the alarm's "brain". Follow the wires down and you should find a couple of fuses; main power, parking lights, and probably locks. Pull the fuses out and you should be able to start the car.
