clifford lost remote, alarm active

hi

can anyone help with this....i've lost the remote for my solaris G4 and i've lost the programming remote aswell...i have now received 2 new remotes but no instruction on how to program them....i have tryed to access alarm with clifnet wizard (retail version) but the program does not allow me access as the alarm is active.....will cliffnet pro allow me in or is there any other way to program remote ??

You first need to do the emergency over ride with your secret pin. Then you may do the relearn process.
