I installed a alarm/starter on my 95 blazer but I have some problems with it. When I stick the key in the ingnition there is a buzzing noise coming form the thing that lets you know your door is open and the key is in the ignition. The noise is there constantly. It doesn't go off until I remove the key form the ignition. Any suggestions??? The Blazer also seems to be stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear. For some reason it doesn't run right. I don't know if this is because of the alarm/starter it did have some problems before but this is new....It doesn't want to shift gears. I can shift it manually but it won't sh*t it's self....The buzzing is really annoying too. It is not a constant buzz, rather it sounds like interferance. ???????

did you power up the white wire at the ign harness. it is a second ignition that must be powered up like ign 1. as far as the buzzing that makes no sense does it do it if you start it with the key???

listen here is my opinion . one as  securinu mentioned you have to have that second ignition hooked up in blazers this is the power to the trans it gives the trans comp power which is needed. make sure you find the second ignition from the remote start if it does not have one you need to add one and determine the second igintion of the car . and as far as the buzz noise is did you install a starter kill relay, if you hooked it up wrong you will have to reconecet it and you should be fine. here is the proper way to do it...

pin 87a to key side of starter wire.

pin 30 to motor side of starter wire.

pin 85 to the negative out put when armed wire from alarm most likely orange but depends on company that made alarm.

and pin 86 to ignition one wire of car . try this let us know or email me personaly.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

Well I checked the starter kill part of it and it is still screwed up!!! It makes the noise when I stick the key in. Even before I turn the key or anything!!! I just put the key in and the led lights up and it makes the noise???? Not the full door open noise but that is where the noise is coming from, the door open with the key in buzzer... It is like a high pitched static coming thru there??? It still won't shift gears??? It is in 3rd gear when it is in OD, and I can manually shift to 2nd but that's it??? Any other suggestions????

I hooked the 1st ignition up to the first ignition on the alarm. Now the second ignition says it should be white on the vehicle but it is pink/white....I read that this is the second ignition even though it is pink/white. The wiring on here said the second iginiton is white? There is a white wire there but it i a lot thinner wire than the rest of the ignition wires. There is also a 3rd ignition on the car but no where to hook it up on the alarm??? Does that matter??? PLEASE HELP!!!! I am about ready to rip it out and run it over!!!
