thats probably one of the harder car5s for a beginner. You need resistors for the locks and know how a relay works. Also I recommend going to the battery for constant power not ign harness and you als have a chip in your key. For a first timer you are going to need a whole day to work on this. Here to help you out: 12volts      RED / lt blue (10A)       +       ignition harness Notes: This wire is rated at 10 amps only. If installing any system with high current outputs, go to battery for 12v. Starter      tan/lt blue       +       ignition harness Second Starter                  Ignition      lt GREEN/ purple       +       ignition harness Second Ignition                  Third Ignition                  Accessory      BLACK/ lt green       +       ignition harness Second Accessory                  Keysense                  Power Lock      pink/white       -       DKP or 26 pin plug @ GEM Notes: Lock requires a negative trigger thru a 1,000 ohm resistor. Unlock is a negative trigger. Must use relay on both. The GEM (generic electronic module) is behind the center console on the floor. Pull off the black panel to the right of the gas pedal, there will be carpet covering it. The plugs face the driver side of the vehicle. Power Unlock      same wire             Lock Motor      pink/black             DKP or 26 pin plug @ GEM Notes: The GEM (generic electronic module) is behind the center console on the floor. Use a relay to interupt this wire to turn on the dome light. Disarm No Unlock                  Tachometer                  Notes: On the ZETEC motor use GREEN/ purple or lt GREEN / WHITE at the coil pack. The Duratec motor has a coil for each cylinder, go to any one and use the wire that is NOT WHITE/ purple. Use a meter to test to avoid setting any codes or deploying the airbag. Memory Seat 1                  Memory Seat 2                  Memory Seat 3                  Immobilizer Bypass Module:      Required: Yes      Type: SecuriLock      Part #: 555S, 556U, or 555U Notes: Use the BLACK/ pink (+) key sense wire at the ignition harness to interrupt the blue wire on the 555S or 555U so that when the key is inserted to do take over the vehicle does not see two transponders at the same time. Thanks for the info CruisinS&S, I've been quoted around $200.00 for the install job (by an autorized dealer) so I think I'll just go that route rather than install this one myself.  Thanks again.Paintball???
