I'm going to install a prestige aps785 in my 03 Mazda B3000 soon. I have installed alarms before, but this will be my first remote start alarm. I noticed in the https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=2000&make=Mazda&model=B-Series&ID=18282&type=Alarm Install bay, it only goes up to 2000 models.

I am concerned about the factory anti-theft that requires a programmed key to start the truck. Am I going to have problems with this? Also, will I need to diode isolate the door lock connections?

If anyone can post up any links for this or any other rs alarm install into a B3000, that would be great.

Thanks in advance...

Can someone hook me up with document 1093 about the GEM wake-up, and 1076 about wiring the door trigger?

Also, where can one purchase an immobilizer bypass module? Is it difficult to wire up?

When looking at this:

http://www.directechs.com/guides/manuals/ig/accessories/N556U_09-04.pdf

I noticed there are different types of interfaces. Which does my truck use, and which way should I wire up the 556U?
