Ok, so far everyone is telling me there is a transponder bypass for a 2002 Nissan Sentra 1.8L. Now the key I have in my hand has no chip in it. I even took the key to walmart to make a copy and the copy works fine. Is there any other type of bypass? Or is this just a newer vehicle with out a bypass kit needed. Thanks.

If you can start the car with a "steal" key.....(no plasic handle) the car does NOT have a transponder ignition.

No bypass needed............

do you have a tech sheet?
