I have a 95 Aerostar with command start CS2400, with CS555 remote. Is there a way to get them to work? The CS555 worked on my previous 95 Aerostar. Forgot the model of the unit in that van. If anyone can help would be great. First I will try to find the switch.

This will not work. You will need to get the remote controls with the 2 large buttons on them for the 2400 model.

The remote I have has two large buttons. You probably already know what it looks like. Another question is would I be able to get the unit off of the other van and put it in the van I have now?

Yes, you can program the remote control after hooking everything up. For remote control programming read the top paragraph and instead of pressing button III, press the button on the left of the remote control: https://www.the12volt.com/uploads/files/CS290i_Programming_Options.jpg

for programming options use this: https://www.the12volt.com/uploads/files/CS2400_2500_Programming_Channel1.pdf

Okay now I have another small problem. After I command start the van. It runs for about 5 minutes. Is there a way to make it stay running for about 15min?

Can anyone tell me how to set the running time on the command start? After it starts, runs for about 5 min. Is there a way to make it longer. About 15 min.

I have a small problem with starting the car. The model is a 2400 Command Start. No model number on the remote. The question is, how do I make the running time longer? Runs for about 5 minutes. I would like it to run about 15 minutes. So it will be warm when I get in.
