Need help w/ alarm in 1999 S10

Here is a diagram of the alarm I'm trying to install. It's a Crimestopper CS2002DC IV. I have never installed an alarm so I don't have much of an idea of what I'm doing but I'm slowly learning. If anyone familiar with S10's wiring could take a look at the diagram and tell me where to hook up at least a few of the wires it would be helpful. I've seen some of the info on the installer database and that was helpful but I need some info more specific to this alarm. Thanks in advance.

My friend had a 99 s-10 required a special relay to bypass the factory security system. Do you have a orange "SECURITY" light that flashes? If you do you will need a bypass for the passkey system that is assuming you are hooking up the remote start. Take a look at some of the faq's in the newbie section they'll be great help to you. Also buy yourself a good DMM. Don't use a test light as you can damage some of your vehicles systems. Your diagram looks pretty good. What you need is the vehicle wiring info.

The info will be listed like this

Door trigger      At drivers Kick   -    RED / White  

This tells me the door trigger is a red wire with a white stripe and is negative in polarity. It should be located at the drivers kick panel. With about 20-50 other wires.

Take your time and plan on spending a weekend on the install.

PS- you may want to take a sheet of paper and list all of your wires for the alarm.

Next list in the same column the corresponding vehicle colors. This will make it easier to see what goes where as well as what wires you don't need and can eliminate.
