Hi,

I need to get an alarm for my car, since the insurance company will cover all the audio equipment Im putting in the wifes car "Actually its a $5,000 accessory policy to cover any items that are not stock to the car, so if my laptop got stolen from my car they would cover it, ETC", they told me the factory alarm would not be sufficent to meet there needs so here is and Idea on what I need

Car: 2004 Honda Civic 4DR EX model AT

According to them I need sensors for the hood, all four doors, trunk and  sunroof
They said the stock starter disable from Stock honda Alarm will surfice
Window Break Sensors
Motion Sensors
Since the Sub box is bolted to the trunk theres no way anyones going to grab it, the amp is bolted to floor so its not going anywhere
One that has a seperate battery to activate it, if the main Power cable is cut
and remote paging to the handheld controler, with a decent range
Is there any alarm system out there like this and what do you think it will run
Thanks
Skold

you can add those features to almost any alarm. not all shops hook up everything unless you ask them to, just make sure that u are very specific about what you want. the cost is not going to be cheap, they want you to have all the bell s and whistles. check with people on this site to see if they have recommendations for a shop in your area. where are you located?

If someone takes the time to tow the damn car, then they can have it.. they have earned it..
