Dodge Intrepid 2004

1) My unlock works when I disarm the alarm, however, I cannot get the lock to work when I arm the alarm?2) Every now and then when I unlock the doors when I have remote started, my windshield wipers do one cycle?3) My headlights sometimes flicker when I have remote started. They also come on solid when I have remote started I have no wires connected to the headlights, only parking lights. My cars headlights do not automatically come on when the car starts with the key?4) Even when the alarm is off, while driving down the road, the LED flashes with every movement?

5) In all many of the wiring diagrams that I have seen, it states that the accessory wire on the starter harness is blk/orange. I have no such wire on the harness, which other wire can I use.
