I've heard stories about factory keyless systems being accidentally operated when the car parked next to them with an aftermarket security gets operated (armed\disarmed).
A case I'm currently working on has to do with 05'Mazda 3. Installer says he hooks up power and ground(ONLY) on the alarm upgrade and the keyless doesn't respond. He thinks it's a frequency interferance thing, but I think thats fairly unlikely.
You guys have any stories on frequency interferance?

Yep keyless worked before install and after removel of alarm. So I think that rules out blown fuse. I'm just going by what the installer has told me so I may be wrong. But I'm fairly confident in their installations. My company has worked with them for a while. If interferance is rare, what happened on those rare occasions? How can you tell? Am I the only one that has heard of factory GM Keyless being activated by an aftermarket remote?

Try a different alarm system. If it is interference, then it will only be with a certain frequency. Most of the newer systems work off a frequency that does not affect other radio RF frequencies, but I've seen and heard of weider things.
