I researched this on the forums and could not find anything that fit the description of my problem. The service light cases are usually about not grounding the Keysense wire during remote start. Heres the problem I am having.
The alarm I have installed with remote start is a Viper 771XV. The remote start works correctly and does not turn on the service light, however, the alarm's "Valet Take-Over" feature which allows the key to be removed from the vehicle and to keep the vehicle running may trigger the service light. I said may because it does not happen every time, only about half the time. After enabling the valet takeover feature, the system responds by going into remote start mode. When you remove the key from the ignition the service light may come on. This light will not go off until the car is turned off. As I said before, the service light does not come on any other time. This light is not the "Service Engine Soon" this is just the "Service" with the wrench symbol on the right side of the text. Hopefully someone else has run in to this problem before, and I want to thank you for your replies in advance.

Do you Lock the Doors when you put it into  "Valet Take-Over" ??  Or does the Light come on regardless if you Lock or Unlock?

I just took the car out and attempted to recreate the service light. I could not get the light to come on everytime. It still only happens when it feels like it I guess. However! I did notice something special about the service light. The viper comes with a anti-grind feature that doesn't allow the starter to engage when the car is remote started. When using the valet takeover and you reinsert the key in the ignition, the anti-grind feature doesnt allow the starter to be engaged. When the service light is on, the anti-grind feature does not work. So only when the service light is on can I grind the starter.

Did you diode isolate the ground out when running wire? Just a thought.

Are you trying to say, are the grounded wires isolated? This is an intermitten problem with no pattern of how it happens.

The blue status wire, if you have more than two device connected to this wire than diode isolating it to prevent any feedback. Sometime feedback can have irratic effect.
