I just got "finished" putting the python 881XP in my g/f's 2001 tiburan, and to say the least it was a pain in the ***. But there are still a few querks i have to work out, and I really need some help. I will be finishing it on Thursday, so I need some info asap. Here are the issues:

1) I had to add an actuator for the driver's side door lock. Do I need to add a relay to that actuator? It is a code alarm actuator, and when I lock/unlock, there doesnt seem to be enough power to actuat the actuator and activate the lock. Im thinking its just not a big enough pulse (not enough volts). Also, will I need one or two relays (lock/unlock).

2) I will also need a relay for the domelight supervision... correct?

3)Is there a separate input for the trunk? If i connect it to the same wire as the doors, whenever the doors are open, the trunk light stays on along with the door light in the warning light cluster. I know that there is an input that will warn for anything under .8seconds and set off the alarm at over .8 seconds, but it says it will set off zone 4. But on the remote there is a separate trunk light that would let you know if the trunk is open (i assume). What input should I connect the trunk input to?

Thanks for the help

Kenny

you need two relays one for lock and one for unlock, and another relay for domesuper, if you car has a separete wire for trunk use the blue wire, but if the trunk is tied up with the doors u can not do anything about it.
