I have wiring diagram of my car. I have 3 problems. First, I never succefull to connect properly the dome light, if I disarm the alarm and let the door closed, the alarm will start, if I open the door he stop. If I arm the alarm, the alarm do nothing if I open or let the doors closed. Second, When I start my car, the led open and few second after the alarm start when the motor is on. Third, the horn don't work.

  • You have a NEGATIVE door trigger system. Make sure that the door trigger wire from the driverside is connected to the GREEN wire on the IMP 3100
  • Make sure that you have the IGNITION wire from the Accord ( BLACK / YELLOW ) connected to the YELLOW wire on the IMP 3100 otherwise the system will not know that you in the car
  • If you want the horn to work you need to put a relay in line of the BROWN wire to convert the signal from a (+) to a (-). Wire a relay in this manner
      • 87 & 85 - GROUND
      • 86 - BROWN wire from IMP-3100
      • 30 - HORN wire on the Accord

The horn will activate with the arming and the disarming of the alarm and also will go off constantly like the siren , so be warned..... it is annoying !Imp-3100 in Honda Accord 93 -- posted image.

for the Ignition wire, I have connected the Yellow from the alarm to the BLACK / YELLOW in my ignition connector of my car, that I had done, if the door are not connected, it is possible that cause that problem, I have connected only:

Constant 12V+ white wire, Ignition BLACK / YELLOW , Parking Lights RED / Black
