If the vehicle can start in any gears other than park or nuetral you will need to wire this up using the diagram in the manual so that it can't accidentally remote start in gear. Otherwise you can just ground the BLACK/ white wire to the body. The yellow is for use with an "aftermarket" keyless or alarm system so you dont trigger the alarm when remote starting.
In your case the factory alarm will disarm when you unlock the vehicle and arm when you lock it. So you don't need to worry about arm/disarm wires.

The blue from that harness is used for the 555u yes, and the purple will be needed to trigger a relay for your 2nd starter wire.
NOTE *1 When Installing a REMOTE STARTER, you MUST use BOTH Starter #1 and Starter #2 wires. Both wires must be connected during CRANKING or the vehicle will NOT Remote Start when the Engine is cold.

Those are basic remote start wires that are neccessary for all remote start units.
You need to hook wires H2/1(already discussed above), H2/2(to your tach wire), H2/3(to the positive brake wire) and H2/4(you will need to add the hoodpin yourself)
